The 2018 midterm elections just got even more important!
Forbes is reporting; Congressional Democrats have announced a plan to hike taxes if they win the majority following the 2018 Midterms.
The decision to release the detailed plan is questionable. During the debate over the Trump Tax Cuts, public sentiment was mixed. However, Americans have received larger paycheck and bonuses since the cuts. As more people file their taxes, even more, will support the now popular Trump Tax Cuts.
Not a single Democrat voted for the cuts. And now they appear to be doubling-down to steal money out of your paycheck.
The Democrats plan would raise the corporate tax rate from 21% to 25%.
Millions of working-class Americans have greatly benefited from the corporate tax rate cut under the President Donald Trump’s plan. According to for Americans for Tax Reform, more than four-Million Americans have received bonuses thanks to the Trump Tax Cuts and the number grows daily. The corporate tax rate cut has allowed more than 400 companies to offer employees bonuses, pay raises, utility rate cuts and 401(k) hikes. And again, the number of companies providing these compensation bumps grows every day.
In fact, the economy has reached record-setting levels under President Trump.
Along with jacking the corporate tax rate, Democrats plan to raise the top marginal income tax from 37% to 39.6%.
They will also take away the advantages the Trump Tax Cuts are providing to more than 30-Million self-employed Americans.
The Democrats’ tax proposed tax hike would hit all working men and women — from business owners, both big and small, to high-level management, to the workers on the ground.
Leftist would have you believe only the 1% benefited from the Trump Tax Cuts. However, more than 90% of American workers are witnessing an increase in take-home pay since the cuts.
If the speculated “blue wave” comes in 2018 and Leftists take back Congress, American workers will lose the extra cash the Trump Tax cuts have provided.
